Different commercial banks signed an agreement with Bangladesh Bank of Tk 10 crore export supporting pre-financing fund. Bangladesh Bank formed this fund from its own with the aim of continuing the ongoing development and expansion of export-oriented industries and to accelerate the activities of export-oriented business. Managing Directors/ CEO's of respective banks signed the deal with Bangladesh Bank's Governor Abdur Rouf Talukder while its Deputy Governor Abu Farah Md. Nasser, and senior executives of various banks were present. Banks are : 1. Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited 2. NRBC Bank Limited 3. Mercantile Bank Limited 4. Dhaka Bank Limited.

The number of blanket are Gunaigach, Begumganj, Saheberalga as 300 in each union and 500 in Bazra union under Ulipur upazila, 450 in Jatrapur union under Kurigram district, 400 in Nunkhawa and 300 in Kachakata union under Nageshawri sub-district. 50 transgender have got the blanket under the supervision of UNO Kurigram Sadar and 400 poor people have got the blanket under the supervision of DC - Kurigram.
