Pro-mask campaign launched

Chattogram  Deputy Commissioner Mominur Rahman is campaigning to motivate the public to use masks to prevent coronavirus infection.On Sunday (April 4) at noon, he went to the city's Kazir Dewri Bazar and distributed masks.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (LA) Badiul Alam, Executive Magistrate Ashraful Alam, senior officials of district administration  were present on the occasion.
According to district administration sources, an awareness program is underway in 20 areas of the city on Sunday under the leadership of 20 executive magistrates.
Executive magistrates are distributing masks. Earlier, Divisional Commissioner ABM Azad inaugurated the program of the district administration at Chittagong Circuit House. Chittagong Range DIG Anwar Hossain and Superintendent of Police SM Rashidul Haque were present at the time.
