Six killed in Mymensingh road accident

Six people were killed as a truck hit a standing passenger bus on Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway in Trishal Upazila of the district this afternoon.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. Officer-in-Charge of Trishal Thana Moin Uddin said the accident took place
in Chelerghat area at around 3 pm on the highway. Five people died on the spot while one succumbed to his injuries on way to Mymensingh Medical College
Hospital.
The critically injured passengers were admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
Police and Fire Fighters jointly participated in the rescue operation.
