1,43,071 students apply for HSC admission

The online application for the HSC admission has started from last 8th January. Although the application was supposed to be accepted in the first phase till January 15, the deadline was later extended to January 17. As such, the application period for the first phase ended on January 17.
1 lakh 43 thousand 71 students of Chittagong have completed online application for college admission within the stipulated time. The college inspector also said that the number of college preferences of these students in the application is 7 lakh 83 thousand 70.
A review of the data of the Board of Education shows that under the Chittagong Board of Education this time (in 2021) about 99 percent of the students who have passed SSC have applied for college admission. This time a total of 1 lakh 44 thousand 550 students of Chittagong have passed SSC.
Meanwhile, students whose results have changed in the re-examination even after the first phase of application period is over will have the opportunity to re-apply on January 22 and 23. The list of students selected in the first phase will be published on January 29.
