DIU celebrates 20th Foundation Day

The 20th Foundation Anniversary of Daffodil International University (DIU) was celebrated in a befitting manner due to pandemic recently on the campus premises. To mark the day a Cake cutting program was held at Academic Building premises in open space where Mominul Haque Majumder, Treasurer of DIU was present as the chief guest with other distinguished high officials of DIU. Prof Dr M. Shamsul Alam, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Prof A M M Hamidur Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof Dr Md. Masum Iqbal, Dean, Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, Dr Md. Fokhray Hossain, Director ( International Affairs, Syed Mizanur Rahman, Director of Student Affairs all heads of the department and other high officials were present during the cake cutting ceremony.
While addressing on this happy occasion Mominul Haque Majumder, Treasurer of Daffodil International University thanked all those whose efforts have brought Daffodil International University in today's prestigious position and established DIU as a renowned university in Bangladesh. He also expressed his dream to see Daffodil International University as No. 1 University in coming days and for that he would continue his tireless effort for gradual development of the university both in quality and physical infrastructure.  
 Mominul Haque Majumder also thanked Founder and Chairman, Board of Trustees, Academic Council and Syndicate members of the University Great Leadership and contribution to bring the University to this position.
It is reported that Daffodil International University started it operation on January 24 in 2002.
