In Thursday morning after hearing the restlessness sounds of the poultry birds in the cage the house owner rushed to the cage and after opening its door he found a python is in it (cage).
Then he informed the forest guards (of Sundarbans) of the matter. But by this time the python engulfed one duck and a hen. Forest guards rushed to the spot, recovered the python from there and released it in Sundarbans. The python, perhaps, crossed the river that separates the human habitations of the Union Parishad from Sundarbans and entered into the habitations for in search of food. It may be mentioned here that more than a dozen of pythons was recovered from the human habitations during the last 2 months.
