Ctg Urea Fertilizer factory production again

Chattogram Bureau :
After a long three-month shutdown, the production of state-owned fertilizer factory Chattogram Urea Fertilizer Limited (CUFL) has stopped again due to mechanical failure, less than five days after the start of production. As a result, there has been frustration among the workers in the factory.
CUFL Fertilizer Factory General Manager (Admin) Moinul Haque confirmed the matter and told the reporters that the production of the factory was stopped at 11:45am last Monday due to a mechanical fault.
According to CUFL Fertilizer Factory sources, the last factory was shut down due to a fire at the factory’s ammonia plant on November 22 last year. The factory went into production last Thursday afternoon after being closed for four months after this incident. After five consecutive days of production, last Monday, the production was stopped due to a mechanical fault again in the factory.
